I came here with a friend. There are separate area for each department with waiting rooms for each. Plenty of room and were timely with appointments. There was plenty of parking around the entire building. Exits and entrances on all sides but there main entrance is on University road.
I don’t know why they don’t have a higher rating everyone there is great,and Dr Eaton is wonderful,he’s straight to the point ,and no bs,all departments are very professional
Very wonderful place and staff, except for Dr. Eaton. If you need to go there ask for any other doctor there. Someone more human kind and able to explain you and provide you with healing and prevention advices.
The only welcoming place is the lady in the front directory desk downstairs. The employee from Labcorp who checks you in is incredibly rude and expects you to check in on a touchscreen regardless of whether she’s busy or not. Then she will …
Dr. Fugit needs to wear a mask, not tell patients they are wrong about things without knowing what he’s talking about (yes, there is a Sutter Medical Center on Sunrise, but nice try doc), or tell them that they can’t count their own …
The problem isn’t the doctors, they’re great. It’s speaking to someone on the phone. You’re going to need to plan to hold for a MINIMUM of 30-45 minutes to schedule. It’s crazy. One day it was an hour and a half. There’s no reason this should ALWAYS be the case.
Great doctors and staffs. 2 stars for not able to reach anyone thru phone or email. on hold for 50 mins still got no answer. Whoever in charge of Appointment line should be trained/ replaced. perhaps if it is even exist.
Rating their parking lot: holy geez, someone decided that all cars are the size of subcompacts! And there are even smaller spaces designated “compact”. what’s the point of squeezing as many parking spaces as you can into your lot if cars …
