Triad Eye Institute Reviews ( 76 )

  1. I reached out to the Facebook page to ask a few questions. Whoever handles social media did a great job – they got back to me with the right person straight away!

  2. This place is all about the $ – they could care less about the person. If you have a death in your family and miss your spot they will not allow you to go to any of their facilities.

  3. Post op appointment. Sitting in lobby over a half hour. They won’t hold my appointment if I’m 10 minutes late but they’ll leave me sitting for a half hour before I even get to see a tech?! Such disrespect.

  7. I finally got Lasik to correct my vision last fall (2012). I heard stories about it being scary and painful, so I’d avoided it for years. It’s been over 7 months since I got it done and every day since I’ve had great clear vision. Wish I’d …

  8. Have been waiting an hour for my 9:30 appointment. Have seen multiple people arrive after me go back. No communication from the desk until after 45 minutes they stated I would be next then they took someone else back. Do not recommend. My time is worth something.

  9. The doctors are very thorough and caring. I had a bad eye infection and they saw me immediately and followed up regularly to make sure that it was totally healed. …

  10. My husband had lasix with Triad in January 2017, now he cannot see out of his right eye. After paying over $4,000 for eye surgery this not very reassuring of their ability to repair vision as they state. The most troubling part is that in …

  11. Overall their a quality eye service, you get really good care and Dr. Conley did my cataract surgery and Dr.Enyart did the follow up.
The surgery was done at Pinnacle Specialty Hospital out on south Lewis, and they …

  12. The only reason I had to go to Triad was to get eye checkups. I have nothing but praise to say about Triad. I started to go to Triad after Dr. Conley did a procedure on my dad. He done a fantastic job, and that was several years ago. After …

  13. They have my mother waiting for an hour and a half to TWO full hours EVERY appointment! She gets scheduled for say 330 like today, it is 452 and she is still not out. They needed to check her eye after a surgery which takes 3 minutes and …

  14. The Surgical Center was crowded in the morning, but staff opened up the main lobby of the office area, where there was ample, comfortable seating. All areas seemed clean. Staff were courteous, but efficient. Several people at the center commented on how quickly their loved ones went through the surgical process.

  15. I recently got lasik about a year ago. It miraculously changed my life. Being able to see is something that many of us take for granted. Dr. Abel at Triad is a wonderful surgeon as well as a wonderful man. His staff and he were very …

  16. I have had nothing but a great experience with Triad. Dr. Conley, thanks just don’t do justice for the level of care. The staff is fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Fantastic all around.

  17. My friend has been battling an eye infection for a month. He ran out of his prescription medication for his eyes on Friday. He called the office and then the emergency number. They took his information and told him they would leave a …

  18. If you’ve ever been to a fish/meat market and watched how the butchers/workers sling their products around – you won’t be disappointed here. You check-in, wait in the lobby, then get moved to another waiting room to wait more. Horrible place — I refused to let them cut on my eyes after my first visit.

  19. My husband and I where visiting family and my husband was experiencing a problem with his prosthetic eye. He call this office explaining what the problem was and asked if they could help. They told him yes of course and would be happy to …

  20. I had question marks after 1st eye was done then had discussions with all there told after second eye gets done you will see better. Conflict between the two eyes. End results were very good but know I spent $6000 extra for there Vivity program. Not cheap but worth it

  21. My experience with Triad was awesome…very professional, friendly and competent…Really excited about my upcoming surgery with Dr. Kumar!! I recommend Triad 100%

  22. I felt like cattle at a stockyard——rushing through the areas, rolling gurneys over to put the next iv in the next person, telling me I was “on deck”. The pace did not feel peaceful or calm——which is what I wanted to feel. …

  23. I think the Drs are good. Happy with the results on both cataracts. Folks in the office also seem very nice. Office is clean and well kept. Seems to be a bit mill mentality. They run you through parts of an exam and then you wait for long …

  24. I had an eye injury from sulfuric acid yesterday and was referred by the ER to Triad for further care. The ER called ahead to get an appointment for me and let them know about my injury. By the time my wife got me to the clinic, I was in …

  25. The doctor was great. He was engaging and personable. The staff on the other hand, we’re smug, dismissive, and uncaring. I will go directly to the VA for help and a Mission Act specialist, who actually cares about us veterans.

  26. I visited Triad Eye Institute, Dr. Stevens, initially for a second opinion. Found substantial problem with eye drains. Has started correcting some vision issues as well. One lens replacement over, second one in two weeks. Could read eye …

  27. Triad Eye Institute denies service to people with disabilities. I have severe asthma and use nebulizers when necessary so masks are problematic to put it nicely. I had an appointment this morning, but they refused service. They spoke with …

  30. First appt waited in lobby over an hour ri see a doctor, they don’t seam to be able to manage appointments or they schedule to many together. Not sure I want them working on my eyes

  31. the receptionist and tech people are rude and unprofessional. The eye tech had nails 10 inches long and was trying to take a contact out
    Find somewhere else😂 …

  32. On the website there is no text or email option for vocal or hearing impaired to get in contact. The only option is to ether voice call or sign up for appointment and have someone voice call you back. It would be really nice to not have to get someone to make a call for me when I am perfectly able too via email.

  33. I had blephariplastic surgery eleven days ago and I am pleased with results so far. Stitches will be taken out today. Instructions have been detailed and helpful. Dr Kumar came highly recommended, with good reason

  36. I would not recommend Triad Eye Institute to my worst enemy!!! The staff have no idea how to operate. Paper work and necessary pre -authorizations were not taken care of prior to my appointment. Totally being a waste of my time.

  37. Every time my elderly father has an appt we wait for 30 min- 1 hour just for a doctor to call us back. They are more concerned about whether or not your wearing a mask or not than they are getting their patients back in a timely manner! Its ridiculous!!

I wore glasses for 24 years and couldn’t see 3 feet away. 12 hours post operation I could see everything! I love that I did this for myself. Best self care decision ever!!
