I honestly have to say that this may be the worst internet that you could possibly own. Hands down the slowest internet available, crashes constantly, the price you pay for the amount of gigs you actually get is ridiculous. Would not recommend.
They were supposed to come test service at our address yesterday so my wife stayed home to meet them. No one showed up and they didn’t call to tell us they weren’t coming. Not impressed so far.

Our hypersonic runs great. I Love the fact I have a tech number or the regular number and they know exactly what’s wrong and how to fix the issue..
