Good customer service, worst internet ever. My recommendation? Don’t move out of town and use ISPs like cable one who can give you internet speeds from this century.
Disgusting that we pay 80 dollars a month for less than a mb of download speed smh cant wait till high speed covers rural areas in eastern oklahoma so these crooks go out of business
Wake wireless was good until they got tired of me calling saying i wasnt running my speeds they kept saying i am when i have pics of a speed test that i was not and they shut my services off without notifying me and came out and got their equipment not very professional of them to do.Do not choose this company
I appreciate Wake Wireless and feel they are doing a great job in providing service where service is hard to find. They have been great to work with and I would recommend anyone looking for a wireless service provider check them out.
Thanks to Wake we are now connected to the Web. We tried all the various services around no one could help. Wake personnel came out gave us a solution. Service person was very helpful and we are very happy. Now our daughter can come visit and send out answers to her work email without driving into Bartlesville. Thanks Guys.

We just got Wake Wireless on September 23rd and we absolutely love it!! We live in a rural area and it is WAY quicker than what AT&T had to offer! We highly recommend the service!
We have been with Wake Wireless for over a year and have been very happy with their service. We tried both satellite and cable prior and the service from wake has been far superior to either in Pawhuska, Ok.
Wake Wireless is effortless and easy. Even though direct tv is my cable provider they for some reason couldn’t do my internet even though they constantly send me mail about signing up. Wake Wireless took like 2 days and i’ve never had a problem. When I call I talk to an actual person that I can understand. No brainer.
We are very happy with our service with Wake Wireless. Great customer service and friendly staff. If any questions or problems they are very quick to respond. We live SE of Bartlesville and get a great connection.

We have been with Wake for several years now and recently upgraded to faster service package. There may be glitches from time to time, but always have had great responsive people on the other end. Living out in the country you don’t have lots of options, but we were originally on Totah DSL and this is way better.
Wake is amazing – they are able to service our rural area at a faster speed, and at a more affordable cost than other companies. They have fantastic customer service too! We definitely recommend Wake Wireless!
Despite having a clear sight line from the tower, service buffered every evening around 9 pm. Outages were common. We were given different and conflicting information about why outages were happening. We found better coverage and higher speeds for the same price from another provider, and no nightly buffering.

Honestly the best interest provider for rural areas, but as much as the internet goes down, towers go down, issues persist for 6+ hours, almost constantly some kind of issue, it makes you wonder why they charge so much for so little. Hoping it gets better.
