This credit union is so unorganized! Takes about 5 different people to get a instant issue card, took about an 1hour for my cousin to get it and it was someone else’s card, so unprofessional, the tellers didn’t even know what she was talking about in regards to her lost debt card and needed a new one. Do better
The only way to make a payment without having to pay an extra $10 is in person or snail mail. It’s 2021. Who still pays that way? The only reason to do this is to get more money. I despise paying someone to take my money.
It has been over 3 months since they installed our solar panels.. still have not been hooked up and have already taken payments out of our account. Very disappointed!! Something needs to be done ASAP!
Friendly service advisors. However their Web interface is unfriendly to users, and there is no option to add a card to withdraw automatically for monthly Auto loan payments… Unless you call up to the bank. Very unhappy with their web interface and their joke for apps, the people are nice though.

Today wass the first time I’ve encountered poor service (Warren branch), only one clerk was available, and she she was tied up with a client at a desk. Four customers waiting in line, two walked out including myself. Why were you so under staffed?

Our experience with EnergyONE Renewables has been excellent. Shane has helped to chose a system best suited to our needs. We are in the beginning of the process and he has answered our questions and explained the entire process. I will post more about our experience as the project moves forwars

Customer service is nice, but other than that I have been pleased. They charge a convenience fee for everything it seems like.
Was easy to get a loan with decent rates,the app is lacking in services and lack of atm’s makes it inconvenient along with their hours of operation.
Homey atmosphere, very helpful, customer service is awesome and they will help you with any questions that you may have.
