They never give u a straight answer when it comes to getting a personal loan they like to beat around the bush and send you to four different people just for yes or no.
They take 32 dollars out of your bank account if they “think” your about to over draft which doesn’t make since . They put you in over draft mode they damn self I’m switching banks ASAP

After 18 years with DukeFCU, we are shopping around for a different FCU/bank. The online banking service is so bad that calling it a “service” is a misnomer.
They shut off my debit card at a restuarant leaving me with no way to pay and when you call the fraud contact number they can do nothing to help. They are only an answering service for the bank. So they Suck!

Wish I could give zero stars. Constant issues with account and ATM’s. The only redeeming factor is customer service representatives are polite when dealing with the never ending stream of problems that occur. Taking my business elsewhere.
The lender my client used was completely incompetent I would never recommend using the Duke Credit Union. Our closing was delayed due to errors made by the lender, and she was completely uncommunicative throughout the entire process

I have banked with DFCU for 16 years. It is the best bank/credit union I have ever used and have move accounts from other, larger banks to DFCU. Those i did not move, I regret.
I have taken out two vehicle loans from Duke Credit Union in the past and have received fast responses and great rates. Setting up the payments was a bit of a hassle on the second one but once it was straighten out everything was great. I would recommend giving them a try if you are eligible.
