I have been there multiplie times and my experience has always been horrible they do the bare minimum don’t listen to what I have to say. If u leave messages they wait till end of day to return your call. They make u come back in for the same thing you were just seen for. Unbelievable! I will not return back to this place again

Terrible experience. Felt like a medical care assembly line. Dr wrote me an RX that I didnt even need and charge $225 for what amounted to a less than 5 min visit. Felt like the their practice is inconsistent with quality care.

I had the pleasure of being seen at NRMC today and I was very happy with my experience. The front desk staff (Coretta and Freni) were very professional and friendly. The PA that I saw was compassionate and caring while very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this office to other in need of health care services.

We see Dr. Sachdeva for our routine medical care, and use this as our urgent care. We are happy with the staff (though there is frequent turn over) and Dr. Sachdeva. It is difficult to maintian a practice with only one physician, and she manages to do so.
I strongly disagree with the negative comments written about Coretta. Coretta is a professional with a heart for excellence. I have always had pleasant interactions with her both on the phone and in-person. She is compassionate, caring, and has always provided great customer service.

Wow! Amazing experience with Dr Sachdeva and front desk girl. I walked in the clinic to talk to the doctor and request to order a test.
