Visited the emergency department and they ran the tests I needed.
Very professional staff and Doctors.
I would recommend them to anyone
I used to think highly of this place!
Top notch surgeons and cancer treatment.
Will never go back. Was worse when I left and the care was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere.
Had an ultrasound done. Everyone was professional and very accommodating!
Urgent care staff was quick, no complaints.
Always helpful and caring!
There wasn’t anyone here when I got here took 20 min to get in a room then got through the exam quick went for x-ray now been sitting here over an HR waiting for anything to happen very disappointed. This is not the first time I’ve waited over an HR for anything to happen!
Will NEVER waste time, energy, and nerves on BDCH again. CCH genuinely cares about it’s patients. Melissa R., RN and Dr Galvin were more like old friends than nurse/doctor. Wish I could give CCH TEN stars!
Unbelievable the care I received. Dr spoke with me for approximately 3 minutes. Was in so much pain…could not move… told me to have someone pick me up because the rooms needed to be saved for people that had real problems.
Was upset when I got a bill for a office call Of 20 minutes with a doctor. I never saw a doctor. Insurance said it was coded wrong, doctors office would not change it, the hospital said that is how they do all colonoscopy codes. Sad. So I paid it and will not go back until a honest practice is being preformed.
Great Dr. and an even better person. Thanks Dr. Matt Niesen to you and your whole staff for a job well done on my hip replacement.
See you again soon for my knee!
I had the best experience at Columbus Community Hospital. I had a hip placement in October 5, 2015 with Dr. Matt Niesen. He did a great job. Then Oct 26 I fell and broke my femur in 2 places on the same side as my hip replacement and Dr. …
I went to Urgent Care 3 1/2 weeks ago, with flu symptoms. I told them that I had NO INSURANCE.
I felt pretty crappy of course and they started an I.V. right away…then they …
Insurance tells me to go to Urgent Care for left arm pain, wrist weakness, can’t fret my guitar anymore, can’t sleep, sends shooting signals all day up my arm. Go to Columbus Care but not willing to do a darn thing. Spent 5 minutes looking …
If you need urgent care or emergency services, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! If there were a zero, that’s what they’d get. My son was having convulsions so we went here. BAD IDEA! After the nurse did her thing, an RN came in and asked the same …
Worst nurses ever felt bullied. Will never go there again no matter what.
This place is horrible. I never go to the doctor and end up going for urgent care for the first time in years. Waited in the lobby for 1-2 hours, was seen for 15 minutes then sent home with nothing (no meds, no advice, just wait it out). …
The Urgent Care Department (Excluding the nurses to an extent) is a good example of why this industry needs deregulation. I went in regarding a back issue, I was labeled a drug seeker and sent on my way. I never asked for drugs. I said very …
My wife gave birth to our second son here. Our stay in the hospital was only 12 hrs but every member of staff there from doctors to the people delivering food to our room was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and kind. I can’t say a bad word about our time there.
My son was in a roll over accident on 151. He went through the sun roof busting it out. He walked away with a small cut, but went to Columbus Hospital. The doctor came in twice staying aprox 2-3 mins each time. Both times we told him my son …
Sounds like my experience too. Use to be a great place to go for urgent care but not anymore. I took my daughter in and the doctor asked to conduct a procedure on her that the dr. should have been doing. My other daughter was there a …
BEWARE – THIS HOSPITAL ADVERTISES “URGENT CARE” SERVICE. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED URGENT CARE RATES. “Urgent care” is “emergency room” in disguise. We are from Iowa and were in DeForest for a basketball tournament. My daughter injured …
We Delivered Our baby Boy Here and the staff was amazing in the Birthing Unit. The ladies there went above and beyond to help Us ams make my wife feel comfterable if you are thinking abouf having your baby here dont think twice great Place & staff.
The Urgent Care was very quick and I went twice in one week with the same problem with my ear just on the other side and the staff was different but also very quick and orderly. I had a blockage in my ear, an impacted ear drum I think they …
We went to this facility for the first time yesterday. I will happily be headed to Columbus for urgent care and ER needs based instead of SP/Madison based off that experience. Everybody I spoke with was incredibly friendly and they had a great system in place so everything ran very smoothly. Plus the facility is beautiful!
So happy with my birthing experience here. All the nurses I had were incredibly friendly, so talkative and kind to my husband and I. Also Dr Minier was very patient and helpful through my first water birth experience which I highly recommend. Thanks everyone!
Are you looking for a place to give birth? If yes, this is a great place, and I highly recommend this hospital. I could not have had a better experience any where else. Being a first timer, this hospital was amazing, and would definitely …
I want to give a huge shout out to everyone who took care of me last night and today. Dr. Ben Hecht, Matt R in the ER, the poor radiologist I felt bad getting out of bed at 4:00 am, Dr. Galvin and the anesthesiologist that I can’t remember …
This hospital is seriously one of the best. My husband had his gallbladder removed recently and Dr. Galvin and his entire staff we so incredibly nice and accommodating. They made him feel very comfortable and made sure to answer all of our …
If I could give this hospital more stars I would!! I had many question and concerns about my child being born. We just moved from Texas and needed to find a doctor very fast. They got me seen very fast and helped me calm my concerns with …
My husband has been going to Prairie Ridge for MRIs and physical, occupational, and speech therapies for seven months. Everyone we encounter from the greeters, Jodie in the cafe, and the imaging team are welcoming and professional. …
Very much so do not trust this place. The last time i was in for being very sick. They somehow missed pneumonia even after looking at the chest xray. Which my doctpr looked at 2 days after it was taken and found it. They dont fix they patch and send you on your way.
This is hands down the worst hospital I’ve ever experienced. The ER didn’t care about my girlfriend who was in severe pain and was crying in the front room. We ended up leaving due to how long it took in the waiting room. Prairie ridge in …
The urgent care/ ER (got charged for ER services) of this place is terrible. I went in with symptoms and per the advise of my PCP, she advised that a procedure could be done. The doctor did not do the procedure that I requested, he came in …
The cafeteria is awesome!
Tasha J was the absolute best in customer service. Great to communicate with and made me a double cheeseburger with grilled onions. Perfectly made for a …
