Thankful for the internet. It’s the only thing available to us, so I could be worse off. Just wish the connection was alittle better and reliable. Hopefully it changes soon.
customer service is good…..but if you have another option, go with that. it is decent for one person on a sunny day, but 2+ just makes it go to complete trash.
Been with you all for over two yrs have been calling for months telling you our internet speed isn’t right no one answer or calls back the one time they did and said someone would come by they never did we pay $104 for what you all said …
Not sure what is going on with Tn wireless at the moment but my internet is unusable. The internet cannot carry more than 1 user. I used to call all the time saying it was starting to get worse and nobody came out.
The worst ever, we pay for the premium top package, but get the absolute worst service with a 96 signal rating. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM “TENNESSEE WIRELESS”!!!!!!!! Does anyone ever answer the phone or call back? Look at the reviews …
They’re getting better but still have a long way to go compared to other companies I wished they would get better at contacting their customers about outages and things but maybe in the future

In rural middle TN this internet was very good. It got bad during storms sometimes. But it was much better than TDS. The customer service was very good too. Several of us could be on streaming services at the same time without lag.
Tennessee Wireless is an affordable internet company. Their service is superb and when an outage is unavoidable, Paul communicates what is going on. I’ve used them for probably 5 years now, ever since they came to my area.

Tennessee Wireless has provided outstanding service to our family – installing internet service in our community and then keeping it up and running. They are very quick to repair any problems when they arrive. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing internet service in their service area.

I like that Tennessee wireless is locally owned. They have always given great service if an issue arises.Compared to other utility companies such as cable, it is a very pleasant experience.

I have been very satisfied with the internet service we have received from TN. Wireless. If there had ever been any outage issues (which has not happened often at all) they have always been very prompt to get service stored quickly. I highly recommend Tn wireless.
We love our Tennessee Wireless. Anytime they have an outage they are on it immediately and keep us updated on the progress. We very much appreciate having them as our provider.

Im getting 20kbps… update: its went out three times since 12 and its only 1:30 It wont let me upload the other image but it 0.36 and 0.07. Pls fix
