They recently came into the commercial market in Sanger and I have nothing but good things to say. They offered a product superior to anything else available and have responsive customer service.
Glad they are finally in our neighborhood! Having local customer service makes such a difference. We’ve had the service for a month and no outages or issues.
We are not sorry we switched. The two times we called for help we spoke with a local, knowledgeable person who quickly resolved our issue. We have had their service for over 2 years and hope to keep it forever.

Terrible. Just terrible. Back in June my internet download speed was havering around ~12mbps. Not bad, considering where I live. But after consistent testing since then, my internet speed has steadily declined. A few months ago it was around ~6mbps. Now it’s at ~1.5mbps. This is pitiful.

They said they offered 35mb per second turn out they only offer 10mb per second and when we called to see if we could get faster speeds they said 50mb per second just to call later and say they didn’t offer it. It’s really unorganized and it’s like they don’t even know what they offer

We had storms come through our area, and it knocked out our power supply. Called Nortex, and within a couple of hours, a technician came out and replaced our power supply.
