We needed a permit to remove 3 trees from our property in order to stop roots from damaging our walkway, requested it, got it, removed the trees, repaired the walkways, got it inspected and approved, all very easily and expeditiously. Minimum hassle and inconvenience.

Its very nice and its a huge facility with activities galore for the people there. They take care of the building well and have beautiful live plants throught the community area. Id say it doesnt get better than this place for a senior community.
We own a home & lived here for 4 years. We needed an Emergency Repairman. A guard, Mr. Myers refused to allow the Emergency Repairman to come to our home. This happened at 5:45pm. It was an electrical issue. My husband & I were scared that it Might cause a 🔥 fire. …
A great place to live. Lots of activities, pool, gym, hair and nail salon, tennis, pickleball and constant events. Join the wine club or go to a concert. Movie night once a month in the auditorium. People are friendly and active. Its 55 and over but no old people live here!😁 …
