Primary Care Partners Reviews ( 108 )

  1. They misdiagnosed and treated me with no respect for their paitent they also don’t listen and or care of what’s really going on with the paitent.. horrible place to take you or your family they do not have my recommendations..

  2. Have been a customer in good standing for over a decade.
Their customer service is extremely poor and the doctors are only so-so.
Maybe they are just too big for themselves anymore.

  3. After waiting a couple days to get in with a bad sinus infection. I was sent away with no help. I had to go to an urgent care 2 days later after things kept getting worse to finally get treatment.

  4. Been going here since I was little and I love how no matter what they can get you in to see someone. Dr Cummings and dr mohler are my two favorites. They listen and do whatever possible to get you taken care of.

  5. They use to be good, however recent visits were not. Called them so many times regarding the tests I did recently; they didn’t get back to me until 3 days later. This happened several times.

  6. Awesome care providers and other staff. I would recommend their practice! Took the time to answer my questions and also, very responsive to questions and didn’t seem rushed.

  7. Best and largest pediatric office in the valley. 20 skilled pediatricians with integrated care – behavioral health, nutrition, dental and WIC. Best place to go for well rounded pediatric care. Convenient hours and considerate, caring …

  8. Worst health care facility I have ever used. Doctors are always book 2-3 weeks out and I have never got anything addressed that I went there for. Their reviews are extremely low and will continue to get lower. Don’t waste your time!

  9. There are many talented docs in this large practice. I am only commenting on my own primary care doc. She can do annual woman check ups and write a script for antibiotics. Otherwise, she’s out of her league.

  10. The pediatrician was beyond wonderful! I give her 5 plus stars..the darker lady that does blood draw in diagnostics was beyond rude!!! I specifically asked that they not mention blood draw until I get my son in the room and sat down.so the …

  11. Dr. Flanagan is incredible! As are Jenna, the nurse staff, office staff, receptionists, everyone. They are efficient, helpful, caring. I cannot say enough good things about this group of medical professionals!

  12. Prepare to be treated like scum! Their front office has no control over the influx of patients, not to mention they are rude and of no help. This is not a negative review because I’m a pill-popper and they held out on me: this is a negative …

  13. I’ve been using Primary Care Partners for just about a year. In my opinion it is probably not the worst healthcare facility in the valley. I highly recommend it to those who don’t mind using the “Walmart “ of health care offices for their …

  14. This is a very nice facility that has multiple elevators! They have a very clean and nice environment for children and adults. I am very pleased with all of the Staff that I have encountered there at PCP! I would recommend this particular Doctors office to anyone!

  15. Was diagnosed with bronchitis and given a perscription. I arrived at the pharmacy and they had no perscription notice for me. I called primary care partners to see what the deal was and they told me IT IS NOT TYPICAL FOR A PATIENT TO GO …

  16. The doctors are great but that is if you can make an appointment! You will hold for more than 10 minutes most times just to speak to a receptionist that will put you on hold to forward you to another department. It’s nuts! They need to hire more support staff.

  17. My family had decades of experience here, back to the days of Dr. Parker off 7th street, whom even delivered me as a child. However; times have long since changed. We’ve all since moved on quite awhile ago. Several doctors here should be …

  18. I like Dr Littler and she has always been nice. Unfortunately, it is the office staff that is the reason for this bad review. They always seem to have a chip on their shoulder, which I have overlooked in the past. Today was another story. …

  19. My family just moved to grand junction and my OB told me I need to find a primary care physician to go to because he cannot help me with the problems I’m having during my pregnancy . My kids go to the pediatrics office so I figured I’d try …

  20. Zero effort or respect put into the patient’s time. If they are running an hour late, too bad we didn’t tell you, have fun waiting. To make things worse they will schedule you for a 1:00 pm apt only to have the real apt time start at 1:15. …

  21. I generally don’t like going to the doctor (who does), however I actually look forward to my visits here. The staff and Docs are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this practice for any age patient.

  22. I find their customer service to be excellent, and their healthcare exceptional. If you are a person who wants to be empowered to be a full participant in your own healthcare you can do no better than PCP. …

  23. I used to be seen here by Dr. Patrice Whistler and Nurse Joy 6 years ago. My parents put me on birth control and forced me to take depo provera against my better judgement. I was 17 at the time of starting the birth control and ended up …

  24. I have noticed that there are other commenrs saying that they felt that they didn’t have enough time to talk with their doctor. In my experience, my doctor always seemed rushed to move on to the next patient in her cramped schedule but …

  25. This is the most impressive medical establishment I have seen. I called on Fri. They gave me an appointment for Monday morning. I was treated with the utmost respect and felt heard when voicing my concern and opinions.(rare in a doctor …

  26. My 2 sons see Dr. Cormac Sookram, and we couldn’t be happier. He takes the time with us to listen to our concerns. He always give us recommendations to better help us with parenting tools. He is easy to relate to, especially since he has 2 …

  27. They billed me an extra 50 dollars AFTER I already paid my co-pay during my visit 3 months prior. Never got any letter or phone call until months later saying I had to come down and pay my bill that day because it was so late. The customer …

  28. My doctor there is nice, she is a replacement from my original doctor, and I do feel was a good replacement, very simular styles of practice. My reason for leaving a negative review is that this place is not very mental health friendly. …

  29. I love Dr. Madrid he has been taking care of me since I was born. The only complaint I have is for his nurse practitioner Faith. She doesn’t understand that patientprovider descrimination (even between a nurse and patient) because of …

  30. I’ve been trying for 3 Days to get a simple hormone pill to help me the doctor says it’s going to take 24 hours to come back 36 hours later I’m still waiting for a phone call and when I call and let the receptionist know that this is …

  31. Not only does Primary Care Partners have great Doctors and staff but Lynn and Joanne in the billing department are very pleasant to work with. They were extremely helpful, kind, and they truly listened thank you, for all that you do, you are all greatly appreciated.

  32. The worst front office. Show up a half an hour before your appointment and maybe they will get you checked in before 10 minute cut off. They’re not very coordinated on the appointment scheduling.

  33. I was a patient here for almost two years after my old primary retired..
This is by far the WORST doctors office I have ever had the misfortune of being a patient of. …

  35. I felt like I was treated like just a number and not a patient. The doctor barely examined me and didn’t really listen to me about my medical condition. The people running this place seem like they are more interested in getting as many …

  37. This place has the best doctors and staff. I have been to a lot of other medical offices and felt like the doctors and staff did not care about their patients. Not to mention how incrediably rude and uncaring some of the doctors were. I …

  38. I am so fortunate to have John Flanagan as my doctor. He’s the best that I’ve had in a long time. I particularly like that I can communicate online and he usually answers within several hours. All the staff are pleasant and very helpful. You can tell I’m very pleased with the medical care I receive.

  39. I was a patient for about 2 years and liked my physician (Dr. S. Shrago) and her assistant, Stefanie. They both knew what they were doing, and I’d recommend them. The lab was fine, and the Physical Therapy group was helpful with a knee …

  40. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve been 3 times since March 2017. The front desk was cordial and seemed to be well organized. It’s usually a fairly busy place, so I imagine things could get hectic later in the day. My doctor is …

  41. I count myself so fortunate to be a patient at Primary Care Partners. I always have a great customer service experience on top of excellent medical care. You will be refreshingly surprised when you choose PCP and their docs. The staff and docs are top notch and I am so grateful!

  42. New to this facility yet so far so good. They seem to embrace the old adage of: “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.” Had my first physical/check-up there last week. I got in a few minutes ahead of my appointment, the …

  43. I wouldn’t recommend this Dr’s office to anyone. I they spent YEARS trying to figure out what was going on with me and pumped all different kinds of medicine in me and nothing! They kept saying I had gout so I totally switched up my diet …

  44. I was trying to get an appointment setup over the phone, while I was being transferred upstairs and being put on hold; I herd someone pickup, but then immediately hang up on me. I understand my needs weren’t an emergency, but to have someone hang up on you when you’re just trying to setup an appointment is very disheartening.

  45. I can’t really give a review of the care because I actually haven’t been able to be seen. My issue is with the administrative steps and I’m really only giving this feedback in order for them to improve – The application process to become a …

  46. If you’re looking for a great facility who cares about their patients and the care they provide, THIS IS NOT THE FACILITY YOU WANT. You will be another number and another check for them and nothing more.
