I am a vendor, and customer of the NTMWD. I appreciate the skill and capabilities of the staff especially Carlos in the Maintenance Facility at the Melissa,Texas location. I appreciate knowing the NTMWD is keeping my water clean.
Changing out wires behind my house. VERY LOUD Generator and very disruptive!! Not able to sleep for 2 weeks. Promised they would be finished at a certain time which there were not!!

for nearly 2 years the water hasn’t smelled like a swamp and tasted like toilet water but it’s all back now. Guess we need to get Erin Brockovich back!
Water smelled horrible and was not digestable. Grandson had places on the his head that were dried skin. This condition went away after we moved. Look out people for your young ones. And elderly alike. I bet the office people wouldnt like to throw up their toes nails l like my family did for 3 days. DONT DRINK THE WATER.
The water in Kaufman has so much chlorine in it you smell a glass of water like you are standing next to a swimming pool. Skin breaks out in rashes. I called the pr lady and she said my reaction “was not the normal reaction” and also stated …
