The Dr. visit took two hours. I know some patients needed more but two hours is too long.
Called to make an appointment for my grandmother and the ladies answering the phones are rude and act as if we are bothering them.

I am still in chronic pain and my doctor has not called back to recommend what treatment I should have since my first procedure did not take. She did call and left a message and I returned that call but had not heard back. I just would like treatment for the pain or my records to find another doctor.
Front desk staff is very unprofessional and rude. When I called the site director to complain, she almost dismissed my concerns and never really listened to my side of the story. Original appointment was 3 weeks out and they worked me in. I needed an injection in my shoulder for pain and I was in and out in 20 minutes total. They’re the best, especially Dr Fagelman!
