I would have like a face to face visit, because there isn’t really nothing that can be seem or notice when it virtual. No lab taken before visit and not a good workup to my health.
Very BAD customer service from office staff including the office manager. Unwilling to help, bad attitude, take it or leave it attitude and not friendly. Doctors are great if you want to deal with office personnel.
Dr. Fordan is a very special Dr., & always makes me feel like he truly cares ab me. I am so relieved, he now has a med, I desperately NEED !!! TY Dr. Fordan !!!
My A1C test result show that my sugar it is on control now after years of been crazy. First time my A1C come out 7.1 thanks to the medication order to me by Dr. Fordan. Thank you!

I had a tele-health appointment booked for several months. It wasn’t until the week of they told me they “might” not take my insurance. I log onto my appointment and no one is there. I left a message at their office, but no communication.
Great place with an even better staff! Mona and her team have taken care of me like family. When going to a doctor that is the best feeling you can get. I am so happy to have found this place and will definitely return for years to come.

I had my first in office visit, and was able to meet with Dr Fordan. I really enjoyed the visit and did not feel rushed at all. He answered all of my questions and concerns. There was practically no wait at all (very important to me). I would definitely recommend his office for anyone’s thyroid/diabetic care.
Today was my follow-up visit. The office was professional. My wait was short. Dr. Fordham did the ultrasound of my thyroid., and let me know that the nodules had not grown any larger. He answered any questions that I had. I will see him again for lab and follow-up in 9 months.
I typically never leave a review especially in the medical field. However I’m highly disappointed with this facility. On 2 separate visits as I was sitting in the room waiting to see Mona, I could hear the inter and Mona discussing my case …
I got charged over 200$ total for the “doctor” to not even look me in the face and just basically read my blood work. I went went a specialized doctor to try and get some help with the pain I was living in everyday. Instead I got a cold person who didnt look at me. Barely seemed to care. Will not go to a “specialist” again.
