I’m on leave without pay due to Covid. TVEC isn’t offering any assistance or additional time to pay. I’m a single parent that is struggling to keep my daughter and pets warm and comfortable.

Why does TVEC give so much to charity and not help the customers who are seniors that have a tough time with the over the top bills.
They dont take American Express and when that’s your only way to pay after hours makes it difficult. I understand the fee on AmEx is high but some only have that payment method.
