The customer service is horrible , I provide all the information needed and they still can’t give me the information I requested , a Kimberly Sanchez deserves to be fired I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with these people , they’re very unprofessional
I joined this credit union when while working at Lucent Bell Labs in Whippany which goes back at least 14 years and have always had fine service from their management and staff.
I’ve been at GSFCU for nearly 5 years. Very good service and I have all my money market and checking accounts with them. I highly recommend them for your banking needs.
I moved from one state to another, I needed a title request to change my license plates, no one knew the right information or the right steps to take. It’s been 3 weeks since I have been going back and forth over the phone still no title request sent to my local auto tag! Today I have to call again to find out what is going on!
