Tried to partner with Texas Commercial Waste. But instead of helping with the setting up of an account, the rep became belligerent. I do not wish to partner with firms that employ individuals who act that way. For a service type of company it seems that Texas Commercial Waste has a long way to go.

They do a great, and sadly often thankless, job. I am surely grateful and like working with them. Louie is always helpful and was able to get my company on schedule early for services needed later this month.
Very friendly and helpful customer service. We use the rural service and the guys that collect and haul our trash are awesome. Very accommodating, especially when we were moving in and had a ton of boxes. Highly recommend!

The guys in the field are 10-star they are great. the back office is antiquated and you must call ever three months to make payment over the phone or mail it in. there is no portal or option to pay electronically – yall need to modernize 🙂
