If their system goes down you will not be able to take any of your money til the system is back up which they never know how long it will take to fix and get system back up and some employees have very very bad customer service skills and are very rude and high turn over always seeing new faces
Does anyone like to answer the phone here? Why have a member services extension if no one is going to answer the phone. I am very close to moving my accounts elsewhere. Too many years wasted on horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. I live 2 hours away and work third shift so trying to contact someone on here about my account is damn near impossible. They avoid the phones like the plague and anytime you need something changed they sail they mail you the paperwork but never do.

Absolute worst after hours service. If logging in over the weekend or if somebody mischievously enters your account number and it fails the login 3 times, you have to wait until Monday to access your account. There is literally no after hours support. And there is no e-mail account recovery or password attempt reset option available.
Very disappointed in the inconvenience of this credit union. Their mobile app does not work a majority of the time and customer service is not helpful. Highly recommend to bank elsewhere.

Probably the worst eteller system in the banking industry at least once a month it goes down and you cannot access your account. cannot check balance at atms or anything. Worst of all it always happens over the weekend so they are basically holding your money and you can’t use it

Frustrating the lobby is still closed. The wait is long in the drive-thru. When I drove up, I wasn’t greeted or given instructions. It would be helpful to be welcomed and told what to do instead of the tellers staring me down expecting me to send the tube up before hearing my need.
