Sunrise needs to let you know when they are about to shut something down,BC it makes u troubleshoot everything when it gets turned back on…to put it lightly, they make it complicated like mother in laws!!!!
Very over priced for the speeds and amount of channels you get. On top of that, you rarely get half of the speeds you pay for.

The worst cable/internet service I have ever used!!! Have not had them for a month and have lost all services 3 times. Constantly rebooting modem. Gave one star because only way of telling everyone about what terrible terrible service.
Great service. If I ever have any issues a technician will be at my house within the week if not the same day or next day. Never disappointed!
Sunrise Communications doesn’t have alot of channels. Internet slow. Both tv and internet go of same time and cuts of channels. When calling them they don’t fix it.

If I could give a lower score I would the service is garbage and overpriced for slower speed then they tell you that your getting. Absolutely shameful

I live right here in Onaway, yet its still terrible. First, terrible speeds, i average about 1 mbps if even on the 500gb plan. About every other day the connection will be terrible, and you never go a week without it going down completely …
Over $180 a month for less than 60mbps download, much more down time than you would ever want especially given the price, would only recommend if you’re rich and want bad internet
If I could give you no stars and leave a comment i would 2.5 is to good for you guys worst net ever I think dial up is better. I could put a hamster with 2 legs on wheel have run to give me net and I think it would still be better
