Don’t put checks in the new ATM machine. It will take your check.and you cannot get a technician to come service the machine for almost 3 days..to try and get someone to call you or help you is impossible!

I closed my account because every time i went here the tellers were very rude. I had a large settlement i was going to deposit but i really don’t care to be treated with disrespect by these young workers who have no respect or patience for someone with disabilities.

I have been a member of Team One for 18+ years and have nothing but excellent service. I have had several loans over the years and the loan process has always been quick and easy. They are also a huge supporter their local communities and many charities and organizations.
Completely low key and accessible. Counter help is professional and managers are straightforward about all aspects of loans. No hidden “you have to ask the right question, to get the right answer” situations. I like to be asked for ID so that is no problem. Love the ATMs that let you choose your own combination of bills.
