Follow up is slow (if at all) and they are understaffed. The girls they have are sweet and understanding. Now they tell me I have to order every 30 days instead of every 3 months… moving on to another company.
Issues with this company on every scale to losing valid current demographics, which causes delivery issues. Order just sat idle for a month without being processed and billed to our insurance. Billing errors, and extremely rude customer …
