I had two terrible experiences here years ago, including a misdiagnosis that nearly cost my life. I hope the new management has improved the level of care, but it certainly hasn’t raised the customer service at all.
Tacks on extra hospital service fees, regardless of your reason for visit and if its listed as being covered by your health insurance. Acceptable care, but due to the questionable billing practices by the hospital itself, I feel it deserves the low rating. They are not upfront about the costs prior to visit.
