Mission Hills Country Club, cant get transponders for nearly two months, property manager Joyce Witten, did not order replacements and ran out….the one that was finally put on my vehicle does not work…..inconvenient, waste of time….ridiculously pathetic management.

Slow, poor service. It feels as if they are doing a favor to you when they are getting paid to provide a great service which obviously they don’t…far from it….
I would describe their service as sub-par particularly with respect to the time it takes to deal with any issues that crop up. I’ve also noted a fall off in the maintenance of the public areas particularly the pools and spas.
Extremely poor in responding to our community’s maintenance needs. Totally unsatisfactory. Many residents merely do not bother contacting their office in Cathedral City, due to a continuous string of non-responses. Multiple pictorial documentation provided, to no avail.
I’m in the mortgage business and have to work with a lot of property management companies here in the desert. I wish all of them were as good as Personalized Property Management. They are the best in the desert!
These guys get paid automatically from my bank account every month and still every year I get a bill with late fees for a check they lost. I realize that there is a very low bar for property management companies but these people are morons. Take your business elsewhere.
What can I say about the best Mexican food in Palm Springs and a secret most people don’t know about because of their location behind Walmart. A Pearl of a place, indeed. You will not be disappointed. Try it for lunch.

Rude, corrupt! Horrible management to homeowners. They should be investigated and shut down. They made me default on my dues when the HOA hired another company. They kept my bank checks and didn’t return or forward them to the new management.
