Sumnerlin North charges $57/month. They don’t do much of anything. Not any involvement at all with HOA’s that run individual communities. They run the parks but nothing else. I am President of an HOA & involved in 3 communities. Thousands of homes here. What do these clowns do with all the $? $57/month from each home?
