Never had an issue wit them. Friendly people at the office, and when I needed my water turned off due to a water leak inside my house they were out here in 10 minutes.
Terrible service. Ridiculous rates. Forgot to make a payment, shut off notice received day water was shut off, very helpful. County road crews and local fire departments frequently fill up trucks, lowering water pressure to the point that it is unusable, with no notice. Can’t wait to get out of here.

I will claim fault on us forgetting to pay the bill. But as soon as we noticed we paid. Both me and my fiancé called to make sure they got the payment and asked when the water would be turned back on. Was told we would have it back by tonight.
