  1. I don’t recommend anyone to bank here. If you ever have to file a dispute they always go in favor of the merchant even when you present evidence. I will be switching banks

  2. Worst bank ever! Just cashed my check yesterday and deposited some cash! And today I went to the store to make a 2.00 dollar purchase and it would not work. Then I tried to go online and see what is going on and the system is down! They suck because the merged with another bank

  4. Barbara and Laura are the best! I love when I call with a problem and they are able to walk me through it! I have a mortgage through 121 and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

  5. Just cant get a response from them anymore. Stayed on hold for 20 minutes with no response. Choose stay in cue and waited an hour with no call back. Cant ever get through to handle concerns. Covid or not, just horrible customer service! Ready to close accounts.

  6. I am gonig to close my account with this credit union. Every time a come here ( specially in lunch time) I have to wait a lot. I arrive 12:35 and It was 1:50pm and any banker attend me . .( I have to come back another day) Always only one banker available and one cashier. .

  8. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. By far the worst financial institution on this planet. Never ever ever ever anyone accessible by phone at any branch. Branches near me are closed on Saturday. And any phone number I do call they are never ever ever in. If I’m suppose to be the owner I would FIRE everyone and start over by providing CUTOMER SERVICE

  9. Good luck getting a straight, honest answer from any of their employees. The customer service line has provided false information on numerous occasions, this month alone.
