Im getting mail from them saying I have to choose what card I want and they have sent me this mail over 7 times now and They won’t stop sending it!!!!!
Very tough to get ahold of. If you google search their number you get a 1-800 number to go thru who won’t direct the call to the local branch anyways. Their local number is impossible to find on their web site as well as no luck google searching it either. Very frustrating when you can’t get ahold of someone at the local branch.
Stay as far as humanly possible from this bank. They prey on new/naive college students!! 30% intrest rates, random and outrageous fees, awful customer service. Borderline criminal.
I wish there was a way I could give less than one star. Terrible, terrible, terrible. If you absolutely have to have a credit card — go Discover! Whatever you do, don’t do 1st Financial Bank USA!
This was horrible!!! Was offered a house loan through them called them and then was told sorry we cant even get you the best, then hit my credit three more times over the next three weeks dropping my score 17 points and having to deal with life lock now to fix it! And now are stating they never offered me anything. SHADY!!!!!!!!!!
My 12 year old son received a letter to get 1st student credit card. Disappointed that a company would be sending to a minor. There was a letter “to the parents” but what if he decided to proceed. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DON’T SEND TO A MIDDLE SCHOOLER.
Worst credit card company EVER, no exaggeration. I made a few late payments and they shut my entire account down without warning. They call you DAYS before anything is due to tell you that you’ll have a payment! And they call all hours of the night. Horrible customer service.
Horrible unsupportive company. High interest fees. In one year my interest is 100 dollars a month. Designed to put you more in the hole. Ruined my credit. Highly recommended to stay far away.
So far so good!!None of my local banks that I HAD accts.Would approve for me to get a credit card. And I was sad and mad, soon enough I got a a letter in the mail offering me the 1st F. bank card. And I was sure that I was not going to get …
I have been a member for almost 10 years now. I owed a 6 dollar balance and the members there called non-stop 6-7 times a day, and when I would answer they would just bash me for the 6 dollars. The only reason I’ll keep this card is for my credit record with them.
DO NOT SIGN UP. They prey on High School graduates with 30% interest rate. Another bank will give you a better rate. 30% is the maximum a bank can charge and they went right to 30% which sums up the kind of business they want to operate.
DONT USE THIS BANK!!! I have been a card holder for 8 years. This was my first card I opened when I was 18. I have paid on time, every month for those 8 years and my interest rate is creeping up on 32%!! RUN FROM THIS BANK!! DO NOT PUT YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE IN THEIR GREEDY HANDS!!! If I could give 0 stars I would
After 15 years of being a cardholder I just cancelled my card after being told they’re not waving the $55 annual fee they’ve tried to add the last few years. They’re trying to take advantage of people who’ve had the card for a long time and …
After 14 years as a cardmember, I just called and was forced to close my account. I was told that this year I cannot call and waive the stupid annual fee of $55 that they have been trying to add over the last 5ish years. The customer …

This bank targets young people with no credit experience. They offer enticingly high credit limits, but have a ridiculous interest rate (30.5%). They offer no perks or rewards, but do charge a membership fee on top of their high interest …
My husband has been a member since 2011 maybe 2010. We have since then always paid our card off in a timely manner. Never late on payments. And then my husband joins the military and they don’t want to honor the SCRA and lower his interest …

Amazing, first bank to start building your credit. If you have the cash and can pay in full at the end of the month, this card is for you. On another note if your planning on using this financial institute for emergencies and large expenses …

Awful customer service and ugly user interface. No benefits of using this card. Do yourself a favor and go Discover It
The interest rate is insane and they charge $12 to make a payment with a card. If you are trying to build credit, go for another card PLEASE!

I got the card my second year of going to college. It did what I needed it to do and was fine. My credit is excellent now and this card is why.
