As a paying customer of this business, I am extremely unhappy with an occurrence at this credit union where multiple employees dropped the ball. Zero steps have been taken by 1st Street Credit Union to rectify the unprofessionalism. Dissatisfied to say the least.
I’m from out of town and this is supposed to be a shared branch with my credit union. They will not give me access to my funds so I will have to pay extra money to have my credit union wire the money. They were extremely unprofessional and rude!
Had to play phone tag to make an appointment to make a simple cash deposit. They refused to take ANY coin, rolled or loose. Refused to give me a reciept for my CASH deposit. Is this a financial institution? Refusing to take American …

You are always treated like family and 1st Street Credit Union has a plethora of services as a one stop location for all of you banking needs.
The staff is always friendly and willing and ready to help with your financial needs. Unlike many financial institutions, they will get to know people by name.
