I have been a customer of 4 change energy for over 5 years. They have been a good company to work with. Sometimes my bill fluctuates in the hotter months a bit too much due to my variable rate but when it’s low it evens out.
We are new to 4Change Energy but so far are very satisfied. When we were getting our electricity established everyone was very friendly and helpful. I like that we receive an email every week showing what we have used and our estimated bill for the month, so there are no surprises when the bill comes.

Like anything else in Texas, it’s deregulated and sometimes that means higher cost per kilowatt usage. Despite that, it’s nice they offer a 3 year fixed rate/plan to provide more assurance before being on the hunt again to find the best deal across the various electric companies.

Like anything else in Texas, it’s deregulated and sometimes that means higher cost per kilowatt usage. Despite that, it’s nice they offer a 3 year fixed rate/plan to provide more assurance before being on the hunt again to find the best deal across the various electric companies.
