  1. Absolutely horrible customer service here and constant issues with my account as well as my boyfriend’s. I’ve heard only complaints about what a nightmare dealing with this place is from numerous others and shared in the group fever dream that is the customer service experience here myself.

  2. A great place to do your banking! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can take care of pretty much everything I need to do on their home banking site or on my cell phone.

  3. Their website is ridiculous and I always get locked out, or it says I can’t sign in and have to contact my credit union to sign in. They converted over the account to their new system, which made it work. They should have just left Members alone.

  4. I call the local 929-2000 number and get great, personal service. The online banking was a little quirky at first when they made the change from Members to 4Front, but the kinks seem to be worked out and it’s quite functional.

  5. I MISS Members, 4Front has made a joke out of this Credit Unions. One phone number that is tied to all locations and all I get is a busy signal! Four lanes open on the drive through to help dozens of cars. My plan was to wait it out until the dust settles but with no way to reach the credit union it leaves me no choice.

  6. Definitely miss members. The online banking is much better but whenever I actually go inside, they always give me the impression that anything I ask of them is an annoyance and I’m just a waste of their time. Always get sideways looks.

  7. I signed up for something that was a scam. I had all the proof that I was entitled to a refund and 4front did not back me up. Lucky for me it was less than a hundred bucks. Don’t put your trust in them they’re going to let you down.

  9. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Have been unable to transfer moneys online for two days!!! Why? I don’t know, when I call I’m told that there are 15 or 16 or 17 calls ahead of me. And while you are on hold they tell you what a great Credit Union they are!! WOW!! Pull your money out of here while you can!!

  10. More fees than any credit union I have ever worked with. I wanted to cash a check and was told I would be charged a $3 fee because I don’t have $400+ in an account with them. So I asked if there was a fee to deposit and withdrawal from an atm and she just looked at me like I was crazy! Closing my account. Barely there a year.

  11. Like the other reviewers, I am upset with the changes as well. If another credit union wanted to take a great deal of 4Front’s members, they would simply have to mimic the hours Members used to have. Everyone in my family and those I work with are ready to switch.

  14. They don’t offer direct deposit to pay your loans and online money transfers don’t work with their banking system. I travel for work and the only way to pay right now is over the phone which they charge $10 to do!! Going to refinance with another bank. Team one has best rates and easy to work with

  15. Absolutely useless. It was a pretty good bank before but now it’s just a hassle. Too many problems with online banking. People always misunderstand us through the drive thru.
