Bad customer service havnt had trashed picked up in two weeks called in for the past 3 days there excuse was new driver skipped your route yet no ones came too pick up the trash still
I have found them very easy to work with at reasonable pricing. I appreciate their communication if the schedule is interrupted, which does not happen very often.
We’ve had A&A Refuse for several years now and are very pleased with their service. Awesome customer service and Katie has been awesome when I’ve had questions.
Would Highly Recommend A & A they are the best company around! They take everything, no limit on the amount of garbage you put out either.

Skipped us twice saying we didnt have our trash outside. However when I had video evidence we put our trash outside the night before the story changed to it was a new driver. We were told they would come back, and never did we had to wait another day for them to come back. We were always lied to, and sick of the excuses.
Class operation from the top down. The drivers are careful when driving through our neighborhood, they pick up any trash that spills from cans (even trash spilled by other trash companies) and put the cans back in the location where we …
Excellent company. They are on time and even move my trash can closer to my house. I would recommend A & A to everyone. And they have an excellent customer service. A&A is pretty good. Their rates are excellent and have had few glitches in 3 years of doing business. A lot of these type providers are not great business people. Also, you have to be reasonable when things happen. You’re paying about $5 a week for the service. Keep it in prospective.
