Things started out ok, but as time went on the customer service is really lacking to the point we had to switch to another company. They don’t care about their customers. After seeing other unfavorable reviews on Facebook and Google, I would not recommend them.
Very hard to work with. When trying to work with them about picking up our trash they said they would call me back. Called them 3 times in two weeks and she kept saying she would talk to boss and call me back. Never happened!
