  6. Be prepared to wait on hold! One call was placed on hold for 50 mins and another 45 mins. After waiting on hold I was then told only 1 person was able to help within the A3 company and they were busy. Alarms are also inconsistently answered by A3. Not a good sign for a company who’s primary role is to field calls and alarms.
