  1. THE WORST TOWING SERVICE IN THE WORLD RUDE INCOMPETENT ACT LIKE LITTLE CHILDREN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THEIR TOWING COMPANIES TAKE 4 TO 5 HOUIRS TO RSPOND IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT

  2. Been waiting with my friend on the side of the highway for over a hour and still on hold He has had this service for 20 years he says they used to be good he swears they are loosing it agents don’t know locations and put you on hold for 20-30 mins its ridiculous!

  3. We had to make a somewhat complicated flight reservation that was also time critical ad AAA worked with and got everything set up that will work well for us.

    Sorry folks…. I was doing A restaurant, got distracted and missed the prompt. HOWEVER, AAA might consider chicken strips would make the wait a little better 🙂

  8. Went to this center to pick up a car from Hertz. The building itself was clean and had a professional feel to it, but I was rented an unclean car.

  9. Terrible experience with this office. Stephanie was extremely rude and unprofessional – her supervisor Melinda was no help at all. I will never be contacting this office again, and am thinking of canceling my AAA membership altogether after this experience.

It is the 40th anniversary of my AAA Membership, and the AAA Services and their people have accompanied me without interruptions for all these years… Not many businesses can claim such client allegiance.
