After being member for 15 yrs., this office let me down. Had passport photo taken that didn’t meet US requirements once at processing ctr. (Had to buy another photo.) Then, needed VIN verification on trailer, AAA rep said they couldn’t come outside to look….? Just not meeting my needs.

I’ve been a member of AAA for years And I live close enough that I can walk there but I would rather drive to Hanover to get anything done, No matter what you need done in the back they always have an attitude not a good place to visit!!!
