terrible emts.. made me walk to ambulance with a broken back…They were rude and treated me horribly ! Now they are wanting several hundred dollars for transport and terrible treatment. They were rude and uncaring!!
Terrible billing practices!! Service was rendered on 11/02/18 and threat to send to collections if not paid by 11/24/2018!! This is an awful abuse of patients who are vulnerable and suffering from various medical conditions. Sickening!
Threatened me with a collection agency and when both myself and my insurance paid they kept part of the funds. Months later I’m still trying to get it back, even after they admit they owe it to me. If you have a choice use someone else.
This is the worse place I’ve ever worked. If your not in good with a supervisor they treat you any kind of way. If one doesn’t want you there you will get fired. It’s like an adult day care they pick at anything you do and want you to dedicate your life to them
The first time we had them take my mother-in-law to hospice and she showed up missing a diamond ring. I could NEVER get anyone to call me ba.backback.multiple times I called. Now they won’t call me back about a lost hearing aid.
Just don’t work for AMR. They literally do not care at all about their employees and if they don’t care about who works for them, then why would they care about you in an emergency? They don’t. They care about your money. Period.
