Went to Hendrick Urgent Care on a Friday, still felt bad the following Tuesday, Called couldnt see regular doctor but they made me a appointment with Allison she ordered shot and meds. Feeling so much better on Wednesday.

Dr. Wray was great. He’s retired now. I’ve only seen my new Dr once then np. She was ok. Can’t tell much from 5min. I am very upset this office wants deductible payment at time of visit, instead of letting you pay it off. Not everyone deductible is low. I can barely afford to go now. Ridiculous and wrong.
Dr. Longley is great but they need to fix their phone system. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, I am on hold for an hour and no one ever picks up. Twice now I’ve had to drive in to the office to talk to them face to face just to get on the schedule.

Wait was short. Dr. Longley very attentive to my issues and developed a reasonable plan of action. Lab work was quick and phlebotomist was great. In and out including lab work in about 45 minutes and I feel like my concerns were addressed appropriately.
