They suggested to put my money in an account that pays 2%..$$$$. I also have numerous CDs n money market funds. Interest rates are good.Iusually deal with Haygood office but this one in Norview is just as good. I open carry my gun chamber loaded safety off.

The woman who does loan processing always says NO. Although I use this branch because it’s close, I use the main branch for loan requests. Never an issue at the main branch.

Customer service is what you would expect from a local credit union. I have multiple products with them and am very pleased with their support. When they did have the “Save to Win” contest, I actually won $200. I think this is a excellent credit union that cares about its members.
This has been my bank for about 15 years. I refuse to go to another back because I can walk in and get a replacement ATM card if I lose or misplace mines. Other banks make you wait weeks to get a new debit card. The staff recognizes me and are always super friendly. This location is open on Saturdays again!
