Horrible service! I tried ordering something online and wouldn’t go through. I called to ask what the problem was and the lady was RUDE! Instead of fixing the problem she just basically said tough luck. I recommend any Other CREDIT Union and Ill be ending any association with them
Polite, PLEASANT, friendly, professional. Efficient. Very nice building inside and out. Very easy parking with spacious lot and efficient layout. Pretty even, with convenient access from S. WILSON AND DIXIE.

Seriously had a bank representative tell me to cashapp myself after being drug around for two weeks trying to move my own money to a different institution. For being in 2022, they sure do move money like it’s the poney express, at this point walking the cash to new York would have been easier.
Megan was super friendly and got my new checking and savings account set up very quick and efficiently and I was able to leave with my debit card in hand thanks to their ability to print them on site.

Absolutely ridiculous hold times on checks. It don’t matter how long you’ve been a customer, they’ll mess you over.
