  2. They randomly hold mobile deposits every couple months for no rhyme or reason. Representative lied about cancelling mobile deposit so I wasted another hour at a bank. RUN AWAY DON’T DO IT.

  8. My wife and I have had a terrible experience with Academy Bank. We have hardly ever been able to login to our account online. They make it so difficult. We also had a poor experience when we sought out customer service. They charge for paper statements, which is the only way we can see how much money is in the account.
