Denied a claim when the insured had an dangerous obstacle unattended where customers were on the sales floor. We’ll see if I’m right or they are in a lawsuit and I’m sure their legal fees will be more than what I was initially willing to settle for. Also Acadia is terrible about returning phone calls.
