    Got the phone disconnected from the service and only receive the 8mb/1mb internet connection, service seems better than at anytime in the past, still overpriced.

  3. The internet is terrible and has been cutting out for hours at a time. Weve called multiple times and its always “did you unplug it and plug it back in?” or “can you bring the modem in so we can look at it?” its pretty frustrating paying so much and getting so little in return. I would avoid them if you can.

  6. Upgraded to their 25Mbps for $55. A nice drop in internet costs. The only problem is they offer it as up to 25Mbps. I only get 15Mbps, but at least I’m not paying 90+ anymore.

  7. Staff is great it’s not their fault the internet NEVER WORKS for the past 3 months I’ve paid for service I have 20 minutes out of the day and that’s NOT 20 minutes that’s consecutive either. I have no choice at moment because of where I live but leaning towards Elon Musk and his star link

  8. Complained because internet speed was slower than most modern providers like spectrum but they mostly resolved the problem and gave a pretty good boost from 7or 8mbs to 22mbs and it looks like thats just the modems cap so upgrade
