This is a shady business for sure. I was just told by the person working my case that she has no time restraints on handling my case, and she will get to it when she gets to it. Beyond rude and unprofessional. This is going on 3 weeks now.
This company is beyond slack. . My husband’s checks never come on the same day,sometimes a week late,he has had more than we can count case workers and everyone of them never communicated with him. It’s just an all around poor compmay.
Keep on saying that they are waiting for my medical records, does not take 6 weeks to receive them, been injured for going on 8 weeks, no money at all, no doctors, no meds!! I even contacted the places that held my records, they have sent the records multiple times!!!
