Pine Grove transfer station prices vary way to much.When questioned same answer,you were charged wrong last time.Cash no receipts seems to get better pricing. Not fair to us business owners who must show receipt!!Bad business practices !!

I’ve had the same pick-up fella for a few years. He is absolutely the very BEST service representative I’ve ever been associated with in the utility business. Always helpful and polite. You can really tell he enjoys serving his customers and enjoys working for Aces. He represents his company well.
They forget to pickup and then it is all out war in order the get the refund for service they did not provide. The people that answer the phone are really stupid.
Total failure of intelligence on all parts with this company. In the last 3 years they have missed 15-25 service dates all still while charging me. Had enough and just decided to deal with my trash a different way. If your stuck using them …
Lazy trash collection service. One can’t place loose cardboard in the recycle bin, it won’t be collected. The flattened cardboard must be bundled and tied together for collection. All normal recyclables must be placed in their provided …
The man at the gate was short with his responses, and defensive, probably had a bad experience just prior to our arrival, but that’s no excuse. Could still be friendly and courteous. Their schedule for what they accept at the dump is not intuitive nor widely publicized.
As if rising prices everywhere weren’t enough, the price of a small truck, at bed height, is now $55. 10 bags of garbage @ a cost of $55 does not come close to reasonable.
Why do I need to “bundle” my cardboard boxes? One week they took a big box full of broken down boxes and the next they won’t because it isn’t “bundled” because one side of a box was open. Make that make sense to me please. City recycling …

Quick, efficient and very affordable. We had a truck bed full and we were in and out in 10 minutes.
$55 for a 5.3ft bed but a long bed small truck is $35 it makes NO SENSE!!!.
