Worst bank I’ve ever had. They make paying bills and auto pay so difficult.
May I suggest you specifically state lobby hours so one would know when a personal banker is available?

Great bank with great people and great service.
Adams Bank & Trust is a good bank. Their customer service is fair with a couple employees that are extremely helpful and kind.
We have banked with Adams for over 20 years, more like 30. They have accommodated when we weree in business and saw us through rough spots. Now we no longer need them as were have grown old. Still in touch with some there. Thankyou for being there for us.
