We just moved here a month ago and this is the third time our power has gone out. Granted ,the first time there was an outage there was a storm. The customer service people are very friendly so that is a plus. But losing power this many times in a month strikes me as rediculous.

Called past midnight and was greeted very professionally. Hardly ever an outage anyway and my lights were flickering so I called and he was very attentive and addressed the problem right away. Glad I have this electric company for sure.
So most companies have a standard rate… They make up their own prices, and cut your power off without notice. They are paying off these hillbilly trustees as well so as standard practice don’t expect it to change any time soon.
