I had 2 small pieces of concrete from a fence post in the can. Apparently driver decided it was a good excuse not to empty my trash for this reason. Sure not I expected from this company.

My service was cancelled and my can was removed from my property. Not sure why, bill wasn’t overdue. Don’t open until after the new year. Taking my trash and putting it on their office door step.

This is one of the most helpful and friendliest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The office helps out instantly with no hesitation and the drivers are some of the best people I’ve ever known.
This company is the worst company that I have ever dealt with! All they have to do is stop and pick up my garbage and they can’t seem to be able to accomplish this simple task. The only thing that they are consistent is collecting their fee.
Just recently signed up with Adams and couldn’t be happier! For example, my family and I where out in the yard when they came to do the pickup the other day. The driver took the time to introduce himself and hang out for a few minutes asking if we where happy and if there was anything they could do to make the service better!
Missed pick ups, driving by without stopping, leaving half the trash on the curb are just a few of the problems. They are however good at collecting your money and supporting Baker Football. GO GATORS!

Stopped picking up trash without a waiver which I didn’t know I needed. Almost impossible to contact. They don’t answer emails and rarely answer the phone. My trash is put out the day before pickup and my bill is always paid ahead of time. Trying to get the waiver to sign. Not making much progress.

It’s been a year and I’ve never had a missed pickup. They turn the can after they pick it up so you know it’s empty. They Always respond within a few hours via email, which is my preference. Adams has been so great to my family . Even days we are in Houston getting my husband cancer treatment and we had forgot to put out our cans I called and they didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile and get our can from my house and put it back . The employees are always so nice and friendly.
