The only Hospital that I know of that can make a situation worse than what it was. Poor “Customer Service” and terrible bed side manners.
I’ve been sitting here waiting almost 45 minutes now for my daughter in law who is just here for bloodwork, seriously? You really need to work on your customer service! Ridiculous! Next time will travel to Elizabethtown where they are very prompt!
I was there recently for ekg, stress tests. The lady in radiology was fantastic, she was polite, talked, and escorted me to and from cardiology, and even escorted me back to the lobby. Staff overall for me was great

Visited Adirondack Health for our Mobile Command center assessment. EVTF staff was impressed with the interior cleanliness, courtesy of staff, ease of access to the hospitals campus and their I.T Depts pursuit of greater technology and processes utilization.

Dr Bryan and nurse Alesha were very decent treated me with respect. I was seen due to having kidney stones. They helped me understand my pain and explained everything thoroughly. Way better than Alice Hyde in Malone NY if it was up to me i would give them more than 5 stars.

I’ve had CT scans and X-rays and blood work done at the hospital. Everyone, including front desk, billing and maintenance, was kind and nice and helpful.
I went to the ER for a cat scan as instructed by my dr. I was greeted and spoken to by all the staff in a positive manor and I could tell they loved their jobs and helping people. Truly a great experience if you need medical care I highly suggest you travel to AMC!
