Terrible site, no app available, service hours are limited, system doesn’t always work, doorbell camera blinks on and off for days at a time then stops. Doorbell camera is delayed by more than 20 minutes at times and sometimes doesn’t even notify when someone is at door.

The SkyBell app is difficult to set up. Not user friendly. The user can follow the steps to sync the doorbell with the app. Not sure if the app, the door bell, or both need a major overhaul of an upgrade. Our technician was on time and did a great job. He was wearing appropriate PPE that made us comfortable with him working in the house. He was able to come within one day of us calling to report a problem. We were very satisfied with how quickly ADS got on it and what a good job they did resolving our problem.

Terrible site, no app available, service hours are limited, system doesn’t always work, doorbell camera blinks on and off for days at a time then stops. Doorbell camera is delayed by more than 20 minutes at times and sometimes doesn’t even notify when someone is at door.
