  1. Sneaky sales tactics…hold you hostage even after you’ve moved out of state. Customer service there basically said, “Yeah, too bad, we want our money”… this place sucks, don’t do it.

  144. Always keep their appointments and the service tech calls prior to showing up at your home. Very knowledgeable service techs; courteous and respectful. We have been with this company for 30 years and appreciate the exemplary service.

  145. I did not like the installer asking me where I wanted sensors placed. I felt like it was his responsibility to tell me the best place to put them. He was very courteous and polite. He did a thorough job once all of the equipment was at the house.
